Traditionally we have only provided hunting services, but we wanted offer all the incredible experiences the ranch gives our family & friends for others to enjoy as well. Horse back riding, biking, hiking, fly fishing, tennis, national forest access, ATV trails etc.

Please note that we are a private family ranch, we do not host meals or activities for guests. What we offer visitors is the freedom to enjoy our various lodging options & amenities. However, we are available to assist you as needed & will be certain to make your stay comfortable & unforgettable. We can facilitate private contractors to come the ranch for your stay to provide services such as: horse back riding lessons, fishing guides, private chefs, or babysitting.
Equine
A large team roping arena that supports all types of horse activities is watered & drug daily. Stalls, large paddocks, & horse pastures available. Guests are welcome to bring or rent horses (rentals available from neighboring ranch). Trail riding opportunities are endless on & near our property. Offering the perfect escape to the mountains for horse lovers.
Fishing
Dubbed the “Anglers Mecca” by Colorado Directory, the White River Valley boasts some of Colorado’s largest native Cutthroat, Brown, & Rainbow Trout fish. Our ranch is home to several fishing ponds all connected by Crooks Creek, & minutes away you will find access to several sections of public water on the river.
Tennis
Our ranch boasts a world class outdoor tennis court that sits in the shade of the forest & overlooks our main fishing pond. The location offers the ideal climate for tennis players: wind block from the surrounding mountains, cool mornings, & warm afternoons. The full size tennis court is also suitable for pickle ball, badminton, and agility work outs.
Biking
Nearly every road on our ranch or in the surrounding area is mountain biker friendly. Additionally, minimal traffic on county road 8 below our ranch provides an ideal stretch for road bikers to follow through the valley for miles.
Kid Friendly
The owner of Three Crown Ranch, Howard Cooper, has invested into countless additions to the ranch with specifically his three daughters in mind. A climbing wall, a netted trampoline sits, fishing ponds safe for swimming, a mounted basketball hoop, and the tennis court of course is a perfect spot for kids to play. The ranch is a truly a child’s dream.
